When it comes to food, Adelaide does not joke around. The city is home to a rich and diverse food culture: hidden bars, restaurants tucked away from sight, and cutting edge cafes. This tour will introduce you to the cream of the crop.
You’ll be taken to a variety of different venues to learn more about Adelaide’s after-dark food culture from your host.
You’ll have the opportunity to talk to the owners of the various cafes and restaurants, and maybe even some of the locals, so you can see for yourself just how passionate they are about their work.
There will be an opportunity to sample food and purchase drinks from the venues.
You will visit several venues around the city, with a sit-down break in between. There will be some walking involved on the day, so please wear comfortable shoes and bring an umbrella if the weather calls for it.
The tour price covers all food samples. Drinks additional.
This tour cannot accommodate vegetarian, vegan, Coeliac/gluten-free or dairy-free requirements. Please advise your dietary requirements when booking.

Great food, great places. Host did an excellent job. 5/5 by Mike Ellis 12-3-2018
Really enjoyed the tour. Laura was great, informative and friendly but not overbearing. Good balance of walking, talking and eating. Sit Lo and la Carpe Diem provided excellent quantity of food. Other venues were a bit light on. 4/5 by Bess 26-2-2018

Having done quite a few Food Tours in Adelaide this was different yet again. Only one place did I know of. The other three were unknown to me until this tour and everyone of them I would return to independently. The best was left till last too..... French crepes to die for. A pleasant group of 14, friendly and enjoying the opportunities to explore provided by Anita, our host for the day. I've already booked two more tours. 5/5 by CHRISTINE SAPWELL 4-12-2017

Anita was great and we sampled four different cuisines - venues we’d not have visited on our own. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and found the history and various anecdotes informative and interesting. 5/5 by Rita Coleman 13-11-2017
Anita our guide was friendly and welcoming, and did a great job managing the group and engaging with us all about our passion for food. She chose great venues - all new for me as an Adeladian, and my partner and I will be back to visit these again.
A great value and enjoyable gift - thanks for a fun way to spend and afternoon! 5/5 by Yvette French 7-11-2017

Last night, my partner and I went on the Food Night Safari tour. Our guide was Anita and she was lovely. We had a comfortably sized group with ten people. Anita was knowledgeable about Adelaide and provided interesting information about some of the buildings and new up-and-coming places. The food at stop 1 and stop 4 were particularly good. 4/5 by Olivia Kubiak 4-9-2017
