When it comes to food, Adelaide does not joke around. The city is home to a rich and diverse food culture: hidden bars, restaurants tucked away from sight, and cutting edge cafes. This tour will introduce you to the cream of the crop.

You’ll be taken to a variety of different venues to learn more about Adelaide’s after-dark food culture from your host.

You’ll have the opportunity to talk to the owners of the various cafes and restaurants, and maybe even some of the locals, so you can see for yourself just how passionate they are about their work.

There will be an opportunity to sample food and purchase drinks from the venues.

You will visit several venues around the city, with a sit-down break in between. There will be some walking involved on the day, so please wear comfortable shoes and bring an umbrella if the weather calls for it.

The tour price covers all food samples. Drinks are additional.

Please note: This tour cannot accommodate for seafood or nut allergies, vegan, vegetarian, Coeliac/gluten-free or dairy-free requirements.

If you’re looking for a few hours of fun on the weekend, meeting new people, and discovering new things about your city, let Foodi show you where to start.

Our tour guide, Bernadette, was fantastic and the time spent at each location was good. The food was nice but a little disappointing to eat Australian cuisine, and 2x the same cuisine (French).

The tour was great. Very enjoyable experience. The group was fantastic also. I highly recommend the tour leave an extra 15 minutes between each venue. A large proportion in our group at each venue was require to 'skull' a reasonable amount of their beverage. Given these nice venues, and the great food most of these drinks are bought to be enjoyed too. :) Thanks guys!

Absolutely loved it and my daughter and I were with a really lovely group. Bianca is going to but the experience for her Dad. Many of our group who live in Adelaide were enlightened and will go back to all of the venues. I live in NZ so enjoyed the experience immensely. Our hostess was very good but we all felt we were rushed. Thank you though for a wonderful evening.

a good pace between venues and courses intriguing information throughout and exquisite feature of entwining the street art/ wall art into the tour. Good variety of dishes and cuisines along the way.

Enjoyed the selection of venues, good variety. Excellent guide (Bernadette).

Liked the selection of venues. Place we would not usually go to. Plenty of food for everyone & all really delicious. Just the right amount of time at each venue. Not too much walking -just enough. Guide was friendly & not overbearing.

It was a great evening, thoroughly enjoyed the places we went to and we couldn't have asked for better weather.

two of the venues we had not experienced before, all food was enjoyable and plenty of variety, tastings that well and truly satisfied one's appetite for an early evening meal

It was good to experience a range of places. I really enjoyed our guide's information about France and French food.

My Wife and I enjoyed the night ,it was a great way to see and appreciate our lovely city. The venues chosen were interesting and served great food.

My husband, daughter and myself joined this tour on Saturday 1st September Overall we didn't think it came up to the description. Of the four food venues we visited, three were good/excellent, although we didn't think a shared platter we got from one is a good option for these types of groups. The last venue however was terrible - deep fried potato gems and onion rings!! It left a really negative impression for the whole evening to end on that note. So we wouldn't recommend this particular tour. We also felt the "exploring the city and street art" was a bit underwhelming, and as for talking to the venue owners about their place and food, this was non-existent except for the French venue.

Really enjoyed our foodi experience, however some of the food was a little disappointing. Highly rated, Sit Low and the Parisian Cafe, what little gems! However the platters at Gallery were dry and a little underwhelming and the Two-Bit Villians food was dreadful. Not a great way to end the evening.

the choice of restaurants were good, we feel the last one was not the right choice(two bit villains) to finish up. we needed something more sweet, coffee tea.
