It seems that everyone’s morning ritual involves getting up, making coffee, then grabbing a quick bite to eat, and leaving for school or work. We unwillingly destroy our body, and we are in desperate need for a new ritual.

It is a fact that people eat unhealthy fast food on a daily basis. This makes detox drinks even more important, as they are good for both cleansing your body and losing weight. Everyone should become familiar with a few recipes that rely on natural juices, and help your body replenish vitamins.

Here we have a couple of drinks, made from ingredients every household has in the kitchen, that will make you feel better in only a couple of days.

Lemon and Water

We all enjoy a nice, cold glass of lemonade on a warm summer day, so when winter comes, try another type of lemonade.

Pick up half a lemon and squeeze it into two cups of warm water, and have it right before breakfast. If you stick to it for at least three weeks, you will definitely feel better, as your body will be cleansed of toxins, and you will feel less bloated.

Green Tea

Whoever has gone to nutritionist at some point in their life has most likely advised to have a cup of green tea every day.

It speeds up your metabolism and destroys toxins, and like any other skinny tea it will help you lose weight. Also, for all the party animals who enjoy a good night out while drinking fair amounts of alcohol, green tea is a good hangover cure, probably the best there is.

Fruit Smoothie

Every morning, try to devote a couple of minutes of your time to squeeze fresh mango and pineapple to create yummy smoothie.

Not only is it delicious, it is also very healthy. It will not only replenish vitamins in your body and get rid of toxins, but also supply you with enough energy for a powerful start to the day.

Vegetable Smoothie

We are quite used to fruit salads, and we gladly prepare them on a warm summer day as a cold refreshment.

However, we cannot forget about vegetables that are a great source of vitamins essential for our body. So, if you are one of those people who push the green stuff around on your plate during lunch, put them in a blender to make yourself a liquid vitamin bomb. If you still do not enjoy the flavor, add other ingredients, whatever you like, to make it more to your taste.

Vegetables will hydrate your body, so not only will you feel refreshed, but your skin will look better too. You may also notice a significant weight loss in just a couple of weeks.

Vanilla Latte

Even though some might say it tastes more like a black tea, if you add a touch of vanilla extract, this latte is a perfect and delicious drink for those who declare themselves vegans.

As you can see, there are no ingredients that cannot be found in your local supermarket. All you need to do is get yourself a blender and find the time to fresh-squeeze fruit in the morning. In a short time, you will see that going decaf was the best thing you ever did.
