Sydney’s food culture is constantly evolving. There are always new restaurants opening or another cafe hiding in the recesses of this busy city. It is also home to some of the best chocolatiers in the country, ready for you to discover them.
This tour is a chance to discover some of Sydney’s best chocolate purveyors, right in the heart of the CBD. You’ll learn about the history of chocolate, and hear insights into chocolate making from an independent chocolatier.
You’ll sample the chocolate products at each venue you visit, including a very-special hot chocolate beverage tasting.
You will visit a variety of venues around the city, with a sit-down break along the way. There will be some walking involved on the day, so please wear comfortable shoes and bring an umbrella if the weather calls for it.
The tour price includes the services of a local guide, and all chocolate tastings on the day. Not every venue on the tour may be able to cater for gluten or dairy free, so please indicate your requirements at the time of booking. This tour is not suitable for children under the age of 13 years.

Really enjoyed the tour & discovered places that I didn't know existed that I would definitely go back to. Gabriel was a very good guide - very caring about all in the group and that we could all hear her. 4/5 by Mrs Elizabeth Jones 12-8-2019
We went as a family and really enjoyed this event. There was a lot of variety and it was lovely to see and sample the diverse range of chocolate products available in Sydney. I hadn’t heard of a couple of the shops prior to the tour so they were great discoveries. Overall it was thoroughly enjoyable and Gabriel was a very knowledgeable and pleasant tour guide. 5/5 by Penny Whitfield 10-8-2019

Loved it! Would highly recommend it. The guide Gabriel was lovely, very knowledgable and interesting. The places visited were very good. Did not know about 4/5 places that we visited. The selection of samples we tasted were delicious! Good having a taste of chocolate in various forms. Had not visited the Forgotten song Art installation in Angel Place in before. This was interesting. Also being told about the history of the buildings was interesting too.

Gabrielle was a friendly and informative guide. Her historical knowledge of the sites our group travelled through added unexpected depth to my enjoyment of the event. Our group where engaged in many interesting conversations as a result of Gabrielle's information. The tour moved at a gentle pace and everyone was able to keep up. Points of interest were a real surprise and of interest to the group. While I enjoyed a little bit of chocolate, it was the experience and people that made this an experience I want to repeat. Thank you to Gabrielle and Foodi. 5/5 by Kim Rigley 12-1-2019
