Meeting Point: London Court, St George’s Terrace entrance
Perth has some serious game when it comes to food, playing host to some of the best restaurants and cafes in the country.
Whether you’re a resident or a visitor, you are constantly learning about the history of this beautiful city, so why not bring your friends and family, and make a day of it?
On this tour, you’ll be taken around to five different establishments to taste a selection of treats, including coffee and fresh juices, and home-made goods, all within the London Court district.
You’ll learn more about this historical district, widely-known as Perth’s heritage-listed shopping destinations, and experience the haunting Old Perth Gaol.
You’ll be able to see the city from an intimate, local perspective as your host shares with you their own experiences of the city as a resident of Perth.
You will visit five venues around the city, with a sit-down break in between. There will be some walking involved on the day, so please wear comfortable shoes and bring an umbrella if the weather calls for it.
The tour price covers all food samples, a light lunch, and dessert on the day. This tour is not gluten or dairy free, but caters to vegetarians.
If you’re looking for a few hours of fun on the weekend, meeting new people, and discovering new things about your city, Foodi tours will show you where to start.

Value for money. I found the host informative and a pleasure to meet. It was a well planned event. 5/5 by Paul Upton 29-5-2017
It was a delightful day out in our lovely city. Danielle was very welcoming; she had a gentle way of getting us talking and sharing our varied experiences. The food was fabulous - tasty and with a different take on the usual. We loved the funky venues; we had only been to one of the four. We thoroughly recommend it. 5/5 by Christopher du Boulay 28-5-2017
We had a great time, our host was well informed about the history of Perth's buildings, and very passionate about her job. We were introduced to a few lovely places around the city which we will defiantly be returning to. 4/5 by Erin Wendt 15-5-2017
We really enjoyed or tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and very entertaining. The only negative I could suggest is that 3 out of 4 places we went to had stairs, and even the one on the ground floor had stairs to the toilets. This didn't bother us at all, but older or less mobile people would be disadvantaged. 5/5 by Rae Dockery 14-5-2017
We did the Food safari with Martyn yesterday and enjoyed it immensely! Martyn was a great host, & we discovered some great venues I never knew existed! Great food, great cocktails, great company! Can't wait to do another Foodi tour! 5/5 by Simone Robinson 16-4-2017
