When it comes to food, Adelaide does not joke around. The city is home to a rich and diverse food culture: hidden bars, restaurants tucked away from sight, and cutting edge cafes, and this tour will introduce you to the cream of the crop.
On this tour, you’ll be taken around to several different venues and will learn more about Adelaide’s after-dark food culture from your host.
You’ll have the opportunity to talk to the owners of the various cafes and restaurants and some of the locals, and see for yourself just how passionate they are about their work.
There will be an opportunity to sample food and purchase drinks from the venues.
You will visit several venues around the city, with a sit-down break in between. There will be some walking involved on the day, so please wear comfortable shoes and bring an umbrella if the weather calls for it.
The tour price covers all food samples, and is not suitable for vegetarians, gluten or dairy free customers.
If you’re looking for a few hours of fun on the weekend, meeting new people, and discovering new things about your city, Foodi tours will show you where to start.

Good diversity of restaurants visited. 4/5 by Susie Babani 25-6-2017
Great fun. Kerry, our stand-in guide was fantastic, and I can't imagine it being any better with the usual guide. Enjoyed all the venues, and had not been to any of them before...will certainly be going back. 5/5 by Susan Young 19-6-2017
I thought it went well a good experience and did visit places that I did not know so enjoyed that and having other people to share that with. 4/5 by Geoff 6-6-2017

Great evening / night, lovely people we met and our host was a fund of knowledge. We enjoyed the wide range of options and venues we visited. Will go back to a number of the venues. 5/5 by John & Barbara 29-5-2017
Really good. I wish each restaurant played their country's music eg. Vietnamese, Spanish, Indian, French, just to add to the ambience. Playing the radio or rap doesn't enhance the food experience or the excellent tour guide. 4/5 by Kathryn & Shane Young 22-5-2017
Well paced, great food, 5/5 new places for me. Anita was a knowledgeable guide who spoke with all group members at various times. It was such a fun night! 5/5 by Alana Kitson 15-5-2017

It was very enjoyable and not rushed at all as I thought it might be. Anita was fantastic and I would recommend this tour purely based on her and the way she conducted the tour. We had a great night ! 5/5 by Chris Morgan 9-4-2017

It was really great to see places in Adelaide that I hadn't been to before. The Spanish place was particularly good and one we will definitely go back to. 5/5 by Coralie Norris 21-3-2017
What a good way to see, and taste from, the many little hidden treasures around Adelaide. Anita, our host, was the perfect host, she really knew her stuff. A wonderful host to talk to, interact with and she was able to draw the group together when needed very unobtrusively. We also liked the timing of the tour. No rushing leaving adequate time at each venue to soak up the atmosphere, view the menu and relax before moving on.
A great way to socialise, meet new people and explore the very city we live in!
