Duration: 3 hours
Meeting Point: Rundle Park
The beautiful city of Adelaide is home to some of the country’s best chocolatiers. Whether you’re a visitor to the city, currently hosting visitors, or simply looking for something to do on the weekend, this three-hour tour of Adelaide’s best chocolatiers is a fun, exciting and delicious event to put on your to-do list.
This tour is a chance to discover some of these chocolatiers and gain insight into their craft. You’ll learn about how chocolate is produced, from a bean on the cacao tree through to the hands of the chocolate makers; and the terminology used by industry experts to describe the taste, smell, and forms of chocolate.
You’ll be able to sample the chocolates as you go and learn the elements of a proper chocolate tasting. You’ll also learn about the different cacao percentages, and how they affect the taste. Discounts on purchases are also available at a number of the venues.
You will visit six venues around the city, with a break in between. There will be some walking involved on the day, so please wear comfortable shoes and bring an umbrella if the weather calls for it.
The tour price includes the sit-down break, and all chocolate tastings on the day. This tour is not gluten or dairy free.
You can view a video of this tour on Channel Seven's SA Life.

Danielle was a wonderful, friendly host. She didn't rush, or made us feel rushed. Bit hard to hear her sometimes over the traffic but that is very common on walking tours. We are very keen to now try some other foodi tours in Adelaide. Thankyou 5/5 by Melissa Newman 10-9-2016
