Craft beers have always been a big part of Australian culture. You can learn a lot about your city just by visiting establishments selling craft beers and discovering their stories.
Your host will take you to a number of historical pubs and breweries. You will learn about the history of beer itself, how it is brewed, why it has become such a significant part of Australian culture, and how this has all come to contribute to the growing interest in craft beers.
There will be food options and beer samples available at select venues on the day.
There will be some walking involved on the day, so please wear comfortable shoes and bring an umbrella if the weather calls for it.
All participants must be over 18 years of age.
If you’re looking for a few hours of fun on the weekend, meeting new people, and discovering new things about your city, Foodi tours will show you where to start.

Aside from the fact that I'm a lover of craft beers, the tour was very well presented by the knowledgeable & lovely Laura, the snacks along the way complemented the beers, and, above all, it was really great fun to be a part of a small, animated (read partially inebriated) social group. 5/5 by Alan McWhae 17-7-2016

Interesting, fun, informative 5/5 by Derek Sim 3-7-2016
Well organised, interesting with a very pleasant, knowledgeable and engaging host. Great venues that showcased a range of beers and food. I discovered parts of the city that I didn't know existed. A truly memorable experience. 5/5 by David Evans 28-6-2016
I think the overall event & context of the event were informative & well paced & met my expectations. The 1st 2 locations were very informative & well managed & it was excellent to have nibble food at these 2 sites. The 4th site was a really good feel place but the bar staff were not as engaged in a 'group' scenario. I also think it would be good if nibbles were included at all sites.
I know I have suggested a few things but I always believe in highlighting my thoughts as a means of bettering things. I did enjoy the day! 4/5 by David Coady 27-6-2016
